3 Simple Steps To Steam/Froth Milk In The Microwave
Yields one serving
- About 1/2 cup Skim, 1 percent or 2 percent milk, whole milk will not work for this recipe as well as lower fat milk.
SO EASY TO DO!
- Pour milk into small or medium mason jar. Make sure you only fill half way. (You need the milk to have room to froth and puff up)
- Put the lid on the jar tightly and shake, shake, shake! (About 20 to 30 seconds should do.)
- TAKE OFF LID, don’t forget to do this step. Place opened jar in the microwave for 30 seconds. You have steamed frothy milk!
