Easiest Confetti Funfetti Dump Cake

What you’ll need to make the most delicious confetti funfetti dump cake…

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 box yellow or white mix, (Don’t use the ingredients listed on the box, just use the ones here)
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding, you can use regular or sugar free
  • 2 cups milk, I used 2 percent dairy milk, you can use almond milk or any non dairy milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup colored sprinkles

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here’s the easy way to make this delectable cake…

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray a 9 x 9 baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss in dry cake mix, dry pudding mix and whisk until all clumps are gone. Add vanilla extract into milk and pour into bowl. With a large wire whisk, mix until completely combined. Toss in white chocolate chips and sprinkles of choice. Save some chips and sprinkles for topping.
  3. Spread evenly into prepared pan with a rubber spatula. Sprinkle some more sprinkles and a few white chocolate chips. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes until lightly browned. When you touch the top of the cake lightly it should slightly spring back and then check with a toothpick. There should be no crumbs or some dryer crumbs.
  4. Optional, sprinkle a few more chips with some more sprinkles. Let cool for at least 30 minutes.
  5.  Can be stored in container up to 2 days on counter or 4 days is fridge
