Asian Chicken Salad

Submitted By:  Crystal Sykes, Simply Playful Fare

A delectable twist to the standard chicken salad.  A little spice is added as a substitution for mayonnaise, which is right up my alley.  I plan on picking up a rotisserie chicken and mixing this up for lunch.  YUM!

Asian Chicken Salad

Asian Chicken Salad

  • 1 Whole Rotisserie Chicken (Costco, Safeway, Albertsons, etc.)
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • Sriracha
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • White Pepper
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt

  1. Remove the chicken from the cavity, and slightly shred. It’s best to wait until the chicken is cool. (If I have to tell you why, you’re not using your smart brain.) Add the slightly shredded chicken to a bowl or container.
  2. Chop the onions, celery, and red peppers, and add them to the bowl.
  3. Add the spices and Sriracha.
  4. Mix and Enjoy!
