A delectable twist to the standard chicken salad. A little spice is added as a substitution for mayonnaise, which is right up my alley. I plan on picking up a rotisserie chicken and mixing this up for lunch. YUM!
- 1 Whole Rotisserie Chicken (Costco, Safeway, Albertsons, etc.)
- 1 Onion
- 3 Celery Stalks
- 1 Red Pepper
- Teriyaki Sauce
- White Pepper
- Black Pepper
- Remove the chicken from the cavity, and slightly shred. It’s best to wait until the chicken is cool. (If I have to tell you why, you’re not using your smart brain.) Add the slightly shredded chicken to a bowl or container.
- Chop the onions, celery, and red peppers, and add them to the bowl.
- Add the spices and Sriracha.
- Mix and Enjoy!
