My family loves ice cream but I didn’t want to buy another appliance for making it. I thought and thought and came up with this recipe that really tastes so good and homemade, which it is! It’s a lower fat version of the full fat ice cream. It is a base recipe that you can add things to like fruit or nuts, but remember, the more you add the more calories and fat there will be. It’s a nice treat for the whole family to sit down to homemade ice cream.
