My husband and I were having dinner in a really nice restaurant recently, I wanted something light for dessert, the waiter suggested I try strawberries with balsamic glaze. I said I always wanted to know what that would taste like but never could understand the combination between the two flavors. Oh my gosh! It was so decadent and light all at the same time. Here is my very easy version of this wonderful, healthy treat. The recipe is for 1 serving but of course you can double, triple etc.
